Location & Directions
We are located at the corner of Melrose Drive and Seerley Boulevard in Cedar Falls, across the street from the old Valley Park Elementary, visible from Waterloo Road and a block behind the University Avenue Holiday Inn across from College Square Mall. There are small navigational aid and welcome signs posted along Waterloo Road, the University Avenue frontage road, and where Melrose Boulevard becomes a one way.
Out of Town Directions
Coming into town on U.S. Highway 20, take Exit 225 onto Iowa Highway 58 North. The exit will be labeled simply “Cedar Falls,” and there will also be a sign for the Cedar Falls Industrial Park. If coming from the west, note that this is not Exit 224 for Hwy 58 South, which will come first and be labeled “Hudson Road.”
From Hwy 58, take the University Avenue exit. Highway 58 has two stoplights, then University Avenue is the next exit available.
At the bottom of that exit, turn right onto University Avenue. At the third stoplight after the Hwy 58 exit ramp, turn left onto Holiday Road. There is a Famous Dave’s on the far left corner of this intersection. Take an immediate right onto the University Avenue frontage road.
At the next corner, turn left onto Melrose Drive. There is a Pizza Hut and a KFC at this intersection on your left, and there is also a small directional sign for St. Luke’s on your left.
